Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria (PAMB)

The European Parliament is seeking inputs and suggestions to foster the use of mediation in civil and commercial disputes. To this end, a questionnaire titled Assessing the Impact of the EU Mediation Directive and Exploring Legislative and Non-Legislative Measures to Encourage the Use of Mediation in EU Member States is availableat: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1382928/Questionnaire.

A report based on the responses to the questionnaire is scheduled to be presented to the European Parliament at the end of November 2013.This less-than-10-minute questionnaire consists of multiple choice questions and proposed solutions to be ranked on a spectrum of usefulness. We invite you to complete the questionnaire and forward the link to any person interested in contributing to the improvement of EU mediation policy.
